About Us

Carity Foundation is a non-political, non-profitable charity organization located in Polasara, a small town in southern Odisha. It has been registered under the Indian Trust Act, 1882 (Registration No. 41082207160 dated 19.05.2022, at the sub-registrar office, Khurda, Bhubaneswar). 


In March 2022. a group of same-minded people joined hands together to help the poor who have health issues. As we know, 'poverty and disease' is a deadly combination. 


Most importantly, the poor are unaware of developing the disease, either due to their ignorance or inability to leave their work and visit a doctor at the right time. It accelerates the disease, and they end up showing up at the last stage of the disease or in chronic conditions. 


To get quality healthcare services, they tend to migrate to nearby cities. The government sponsors tons of healthcare services; still, a substantial amount of money is needed outside the hospitals. To meet such expenses, they sell their only assets, for example, their lands, living house, ornaments, etc.  


Once, heart diseases, diabetes-related complications, and cancer were believed to be the diseases of the rich. But, these high-profile diseases have slowly penetrated the lives of the poor to make them poorer. 


To address the above issue, we do the following things:

  1. Create awareness of various chronic diseases and the ways to prevent them and maintain a healthy life
  2. Arrange health camps according to the need of the community 
  3. Provide limited cash assistance during their treatment


All the people associated with the foundation are donor members who contribute regularly. However, we receive donations from government and non-government organizations and other people. Anyone interested in the concept can donate one time or as a donor member. 


We at Carity Foundation request you join hands with us to make our nation a better place to live in and contact us immediately whenever you encounter a poor having a cash crunch for treatment.

Beneficiary for Jul 2022

  Dear donors, and other stakeholders, We opened a current bank account at HDFC Bank, Polasara on 27th June 2022. The bank account details are as follows. A/c No. 50200069938967, IFSC - HDFC0006688. As you know, the beneficiary payout process has changed drastically. We are novices and documentation has added an extra layer of difficulty in processing our payout services.  Therefore, in July 2022, although we had received 8 applications, we could not process the payout due to documentation problems. Further, some of the beneficiaries are in hospital and are under treatment.
